Shipping and returns

Returns for a different size

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item for a different size. You can return your purchase to us within 2 weeks of the purchase date ONLY IF it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You are also required to evidence your sales invoice.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to su. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will then send the new, different sized item to your address of choice. You will be required to pay for this additional shipping cost.

 

Exchanges for another pair of Gripps (Ergh, something is wrong!)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only within the first 6 months from date of purchase.  If you need to exchange a purchase for a replacement item, please send us an email at info@shameenadams.com. You are also required to evidence your sales invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as to apologise profusely. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

 

Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only within the first 6 months from date of purchase.  If you need to return your purchase for a refund, please send us an email at info@shameenadams.com. You are also required to evidence your sales invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as to apologise profusely. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and an electronic funds transfer (EFT) will be applied to your chosen bank account, within 10 days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Sometimes banks are slow and life gets in the way. Either way, we are sorry.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shameenadams.com and we'll make it right

 

It is important to note that if you damage an item; whether it is deliberate, by way of negligence, or even by accident, we are under NO obligations to replace the product or refund you.
